abe8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the abe8 platform and the user. By using the platform, you confirm that you have understood all clauses of these Terms and have agreed to comply with them.

abe8 reserves the right to change, revise, or amend these Terms at any time with little or no prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the abe8 platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. abe8 may request identity documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

The following information must be provided accurately at registration:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Valid mobile number
• Date of birth
• Valid email address (if applicable)

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

abe8 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit required identity documents before a withdrawal can be processed. abe8 has the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify abe8 support immediately.

Transferring your account to or allowing use by a third party is strictly prohibited. abe8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The abe8 platform currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposits must be made in actual Bangladeshi currency (BDT). Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit, or to a method registered on your verified account.

Withdrawals may be held until identity verification (KYC) is complete. If the wagering requirements of a bonus have not been met, funds associated with that bonus will not be withdrawable.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on abe8 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳26,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳41,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Important: wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games — each offer will specify the applicable terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account.
• abe8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonuses.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, abe8 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, abe8's decision will be considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

abe8's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers by staying regularly active. The benefits and conditions of each tier are subject to change.

6.1 Casino Games

The abe8 platform offers games from multiple reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game has its own applicable rules. It is recommended to read the rules of a game before playing.

To ensure fair play, abe8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error occurs in any game, the relevant round may be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

Various types of markets are available in the sports betting section. All markets will be settled according to the designated rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant market will be settled according to the applicable rules.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any market, abe8's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Technical Issues

abe8 will not be liable for losses caused by a disrupted game due to internet disconnection or device issues. However, if a player is affected by a server-side error, a complaint may be submitted through abe8 support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abe8 platform:

1. Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
2. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
3. Creating or operating an account in the name of a third party.
4. Coordinated betting for the purpose of abusing bonuses ("bonus hunting").
5. Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
6. Exploiting programming errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
7. Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
8. Opening an account by providing false or misleading information.
9. Interfering with or attempting to damage the platform's security.

Engaging in any of the above activities will result in the immediate suspension or termination of the account, and all deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

8.1 abe8's Authority

abe8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these Terms.
• If fraud or misconduct is suspected.
• In the event of failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (at the platform's discretion).

8.2 User's Authority

Any user may voluntarily close their account. Please contact the support team regarding this. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however the portion related to bonuses may be deducted.

abe8 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that gaming is an entertainment activity — it is not a solution to financial problems. Only those aged 21 or older may participate on the abe8 platform.

• Games being disrupted due to the user's device or connection issues.

abe8's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount of funds currently held by the user on the platform.

abe8 reserves the right to change any part of these Terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform for significant changes. If you continue to use the platform after updated Terms are published, that will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.
